This class is designed for kids aged 8-15 to be able to do without parent’s help. It has been carefully structured to help with issues that impact youth including stress, anger, depression, low self-esteem, and poor concentration. This is a partnership class with Y.O.G.A. for Youth. Y.O.G.A. for Youth curriculum translates ancient scientific yogic tools into language youth can understand and apply to daily life.
- Class will take place using Zoom. Registered students will receive a link approximately 24 hours before the class.
