Introducing breath and movement techniques that the whole family can join in with. This is a class that helps young people and families work through challenging emotions, decrease stress, and create connection. This is a great opportunity to exercise easefully with your family. This is a partnership class with Y.O.G.A. for Youth. Y.O.G.A. for Youth curriculum translates ancient scientific yogic tools into language families can understand and apply to daily life. This class provides a space in which families can exercise with their children and demonstrate healthy and mindful choices.
