Explore what it means to cultivate and share joys from everyday life.
We will begin with watching the breath; Explore relaxation exercises and reflect on moments of joy; and use simple movements to share these joys.
DONATION POLICY: This workshop is offered on a donation basis which allows us to be a more approachable community that can better serve a diverse group of people with varying budgets. Please do not feel obligated to pay; you are free to donate at the workshop however much you want, or are able, to afford.
