This fun and energetic online class provides adult students with a foundation in contemporary technique and builds strength & flexibility. Classes are up-beat and can be modified to work in any space. We begin with a warm-up, followed by movement adapted for the spaces we are in and choreography sequences will build from class to class. Students should be barefoot or wear sneakers comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely. A chair can be used to support stability.
This class will take place on Zoom. Registered participants will receive a link to the virtual classroom 24 hours prior to the first class.
